Firstly, how brilliant does Minty Chicken Tikka sound? And as soon as it arrived, I knew I'd made a good choice, it smelt fantastic.... then I realised my mistake. It was a dry curry. One of the best things about a take away curry is naan bread and this was a disaster. Luckily, Katie was willing to give me some of her left over butter chicken sauce, which made for a taste combination that I'm sure nobody has had before. So a challenge completed without any doubt.
